Founded by Rtn. B.M. Sivarraj. The work began with high-speed steel for the Indian automotive industry. A focus on material of the highest quality earned a nationwide authorised dealership for Powmex Steels, a division of Graphite India Limited. We still hold it today.
Saatveka Steels and Alloys.
Incorporated to serve a niche the market was beginning to ask for. Specialised metals such as Tungsten, Molybdenum, Vanadium, and Cobalt. The applications sat in aeronautics, aviation, and defence.
The Electric Arc Furnace.
The defining move of the group's modern era. We began producing homogeneous remelted HSS blocks at industry standard chemistry. One of three plants in India running this kind of work, and the only one operating it for specialised tool steel at this scale.
