Manufacturing

A state of the art Electric Arc Furnace.

The furnace manufactures high-speed steel ingots with the precision the industry expects. Commissioned in 2017. Three shifts a day. Export-quality finish.

The instrument

A furnace is not a machine. It is an instrument.

Commissioned in 2017, our Electric Arc Furnace is the operational core of Saatveka. It melts sorted high-speed steel scrap into homogeneous remelted blocks at industry-standard chemistry. We currently process steel grades used in automotive, aviation, and defence.

The potential

Beyond high-speed steel.

An Electric Arc Furnace will melt almost anything that conducts. High-speed steel, tool steel, alloy steel, stainless, specialised superalloys, nickel and cobalt grades, even refractory alloys when the chemistry calls for it. Whatever the market needs next, the instrument is ready for it.

Today we run remelted HSS. Tomorrow, the same furnace can serve a new grade, a new alloy, a new industry. Capacity is not a ceiling. It is an invitation.

Quality control

Tested before it leaves the bench.

Every component and consumable arrives with a quality certificate. Each batch is sorted grade by grade through spark test and spectroanalysis before it enters the furnace. Pre-production processing ensures the finished product is reliable, export-grade, every heat.
